• Microsoft does not provide archiving for groups, so a PowerShell workaround was the plan.
• Removes all members, adds dedicated SharePoint admin as owner to have access to data.
• Appends a change to the SMTP address to guarantee users no longer see the group.
  

Project: Project Approval via Power Automate

Created a workflow within Power Automate to create a paper trail of project approval.

• Integrates SharePoint, Exchange, Power Automate, and Microsoft Power Apps.
• Each approval/rejection is updated in real-time within SharePoint lists.
  

Project: Interface and Submit Tickets via Python

Developed a Python script that allows batch submitting of tickets/requests to avoid tedious GUI commands.

• To maintain data integrity, requests for data must be assigned to individual users for auditing.
